At Akanalitiks, you are in control of your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data and data received from Facebook.
How to Request Data Deletion
Step 1. Revoke Akanalitiks access in Facebook
- Open your Facebook profile and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- In the left menu, select Business Integrations.
- Find Akanalitiks in the list of active integrations.
- Click Remove next to the app name.
- Confirm the removal in the dialog window.
Step 2. Request deletion of your data
After revoking access in Facebook, you can request deletion of your personal data and data received from Facebook by sending an email to our Data Protection Officer:
- Email: [email protected]
- Subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request
- Include: your email address and name associated with the account
What Happens Next
If you submit a deletion request by email, our Data Protection Officer will process your request within 14 days of receiving it. Once the request has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation.
The requested personal data and data received from Facebook will be permanently deleted or fully anonymized in our databases as part of the deletion process.
Data Retention
When you remove a connected Facebook account or advertising account from Akanalitiks, the data associated with that account is scheduled for automatic deletion within 90 days if you do not use the Service during this period.
If you want your data deleted sooner, you can submit a Data Deletion Request to [email protected]. We will process your request within 14 days of receiving it.
Deleting a Connected Account and Its Data
You can remove a connected Facebook account from Akanalitiks at any time. When you remove a connected account:
- The connection to the account is terminated.
- The connected advertising accounts and their associated advertising data are removed from the Service.
- The associated data is scheduled for automatic deletion within 90 days if you do not use the Service during this period.
- If you want your data deleted sooner, you can submit a Data Deletion Request to [email protected]. We will process your request within 14 days of receiving your request.
