These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Akanalitiks (the "Service"), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Kolodov ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Akanalitiks is a web-based analytics platform for marketing teams. The Service allows users to:
- Connect Facebook ad accounts via the official Facebook API
- View advertising performance metrics: impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and CPA
- Analyze campaign data by day, week, and month
- Manage team access with role-based permissions
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Ensuring that users you invite to your team are authorized to access the Service and connected advertising data
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your use of the Service complies with these Terms
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent
6. Facebook Integration
By connecting your Facebook account, you authorize us to access data through the permissions listed in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to grant access to the ad accounts you connect.
Akanalitiks uses Facebook data solely to provide the advertising analytics functionality of the Service.
You can revoke access at any time through your Facebook profile under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
7. Payment Terms
The Service is offered at $20 per user per month. A 14-day free trial is available; no credit card is required to start the trial.
- Customers pay in advance for each user who has access to the Service. The prepaid amount provides access to the Service for the corresponding paid period.
- We send payment reminders 7 days and 3 days before the end of the current paid period. To continue using the Service after the paid period ends, the company must add funds for the next period based on the number of users who have access to the Service.
- Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- If the next period is not paid for, access to the Service may be suspended after the current paid period ends.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and content (excluding your data), remain our exclusive property.
You retain all rights to the data you connect to the Service.
9. Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for interruptions or losses caused by third-party services, including Facebook API availability
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable laws
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- Required by law or governmental authority
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may remove connected Facebook or advertising accounts from the Service at any time. Data associated with removed accounts is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
